How the catalog is organized

Every datasheet lives in a category — Sprinklers, Pipe, Fittings, Hangers, Valves, Miscellaneous, and more. Those categories become the sections of your finished submittal, in the same order a reviewer expects to read them.

Finding things fast

1. Use the search box above the catalog. It matches manufacturer names (Victaulic, Tyco, Reliable…), model numbers, and sprinkler SIN numbers.
2. Click a category to browse just that section.
3. Items you check stay checked while you keep searching — build the whole package from one search session.

Adding your own cut sheets

1. Have a manufacturer PDF the catalog doesn't carry? Add it as a new item and pick the category it belongs to.
2. It's now a permanent part of your catalog — next job, it's a checkbox like everything else.
3. Name it the way you think about it. The item title is what prints in the table of contents.

The Material Catalog tab

You don't need an active submittal to work on your library. The Material Catalog tab is a standalone home for browsing, adding, and tidying datasheets — useful for an office session where you load in your standard materials once, so every designer's next submittal starts from a stocked shelf.

Good habits

• Add datasheets the first time you use them, not "later." The catalog compounds.
• Prefer the current-revision manufacturer PDF — the package prints whatever you feed it.
• One item per product family works better than one giant merged PDF; each item gets its own TOC line and bookmark.
