Can I cancel any time?
Yes — two clicks in your account page's Manage Billing. No phone calls, no emails, no retention tricks. You cancel it yourself, in the secure Stripe billing portal, whenever you like.
Your free-tier tools keep working after you cancel: every calculator, reference and design tool still runs. What stops is generating and exporting deliverables — submittal packages, calc packages, PDF and DXF export, and the AI features. Resubscribe and they come straight back.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days free, and no credit card required. Create an account and the trial starts on its own with full access. We don't ask for payment details to start one, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to be charged. A card only comes into it if you decide to subscribe.
You can also download SprinkFlow Tools and look around without subscribing at all. The subscription is what unlocks generating and exporting your deliverables.
What does it cost, and what do I get?
$39 a month. That covers the SprinkFlow Tools desktop app for Windows 10/11 with one-click updates, the browser edition at web.sprinkflow.studio, and alpha access to SprinkFlow Design Studio — our CAD program — at no extra cost while you're subscribed.
If you're already on a founder rate, that rate stays put for as long as you stay subscribed.
Do my drawings and plans stay private?
Yes. Submittals, calculations, bids and maps are generated and stored on your own device. We don't upload or keep copies of your project files.
The optional AI features send only the specific text you choose to process — a datasheet, a spec section — to a secure AI service. It isn't used to train models, and nothing else about your project leaves your machine. The full privacy policy is deliberately short.
What can I run it on?
The desktop app runs on Windows 10 and 11. There's a browser edition at web.sprinkflow.studio that needs nothing installed, and the free calculators and games at app.sprinkflow.studio work on any phone or computer — free to everyone, subscriber or not.
How many people can use one subscription?
One account per person, and that account can be activated on up to 2 devices — your office machine and your laptop, say. Working with a team? Send us a message and we'll sort something out.
Something's broken. What do I do?
Use the form above and pick "Technical problem". If it's in Design Studio, pressing F12 inside the program files a report with a screenshot attached, which tells us far more than a description can — and there's a whole help section at Studio Support.
