Privacy Policy

SprinkFlow ("we," "us") makes design, estimating, and reference tools for fire sprinkler professionals, delivered as a desktop application, a mobile app, and a website at sprinkflow.studio and app.sprinkflow.studio. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we store your email address and the name and company you provide. This is used to sign you in, manage your license, and contact you about your account.
• Subscription and billing. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy. We retain your subscription status and billing history necessary to provide the service.
• Content you create. Submittals, calculations, bids, maps, and similar work product are generated and stored on your own device. We do not upload or keep copies of your project files.
• Optional AI features. Some tools can send the specific text you choose to process (for example, a datasheet or a specification section) to a secure AI service to extract information. Only the content you submit for that action is sent, it is not used to train models, and nothing else about your projects leaves your device.
• Map lookups. The Vicinity Map tool sends the address you enter to OpenStreetMap's public geocoding and street services to build a map. Only the address and its coordinates are sent.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not access your project files, drawings, or calculations.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (accounts and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email such as sign-in confirmations), and OpenStreetMap (map data). Each processes only the limited data described above and only to provide their part of the service.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we will remove it.

Security

Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Authentication uses industry-standard tokens, and payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we design SprinkFlow to hold as little of your data as possible.

Children

SprinkFlow is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
